Once the supplier begins preparation or the delivery is already on its way, the process changes: The order may no longer be eligible for immediate cancellation. But you remain protected by Innov's returns and refunds policy. The logic behind this is simple: When the ecosystem hasn't yet mobilized resources, you have complete flexibility. When it has already mobilized, we treat it as a return — not a cancellation.

This feature allows you to track the real-time journey of your order—from the moment the supplier confirms preparation until the driver delivers it to your door.
